Job description
- Lead customer enterprise and solution architecture designs for complex BT Business bids and change proposals, ensuring end-to-end alignment with both BT and client outcomes.
- Develop innovative, repeatable, and compliant network solutions that fit within BT's enterprise architecture and meet business and operational requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement of the solutions architect team's knowledge, methodologies, and customer-facing materials to enhance delivery quality.
- Collaborate across teams to manage risks, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder expectations while guiding solution delivery through established processes and best practices.
- Support and develop team leadership capabilities, customer engagement, and competitive proposal creation to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- In-depth knowledge of network architectures (e.g., LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, MPLS) to design scalable, reliable solutions tailored to client needs.
- Expertise in network security protocols and best practices to ensure solutions are robust against cyber threats.
- Strong understanding of BT's networking products and services to effectively align solutions with customer requirements.
- Ability to design end-to-end network solutions that meet performance, availability, and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for clients and internal teams.

Flexible Working This role offers a 3 together, 2 wherever working model. This means you are required to be at your contractual location 3 days a week with 2 flexible days per week.
