IT and Transformation Manager

We're looking for a hands-on IT specialist to take ownership of all IT systems across the business. This is a practical technical role - not a management position. You'll be the go-to person for everything IT: keeping systems running smoothly, supporting users, improving processes, and delivering digital projects.

What you'll be doing:

• Supporting users and resolving day-to-day IT issues
• Managing servers, networks, backups, and Microsoft 365
• Supporting Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP
• Improving processes with SharePoint and automation
• Maintaining cloud and IoT platforms
• Ensuring strong security standards

Do you have experience in SharePoint?, * Strong hands-on infrastructure and Microsoft 365 experience

• Comfortable working across support and projects
• Experience with ERP or business systems
• Exposure to cloud platforms
• Practical, proactive problem solver
