Job description
As an IT Support Technician at Electroville, you'll support a range of customers with their day-to-day IT needs, both remotely and in person. You'll work across a variety of systems and technologies, helping to diagnose issues, fix faults, and keep clients running smoothly. What You'll Be Doing
- Troubleshooting hardware and software problems
- Providing support via phone, email, and remote screen sharing
- Carrying out installations, upgrades, and general maintenance
- Supporting customers both on-site and remotely
- Delivering excellent after-sales service and follow-up
- Helping charities and community organisations stay connected and productive
Requirements
We're looking for someone who is technically capable, customer-focused, and confident communicating with people at all levels. Essential Skills & Experience

Experience providing IT support to end users

Knowledge of PC hardware installation and troubleshooting

Full UK driving licence You Should Be Confident With:

Bonus Skills (Not Essential) It would be great if you also have experience with:
- Website development
- Microsoft Server operating systems
