IT Technician

• Deliver 1st and 2nd line IT support via the helpdesk.
• Repair and maintaining hardware, such as printers, laptops and PCs.
• Demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills, adeptly resolving diverse technical issues.
• Installation and maintenance of software.
• Maintain user accounts, asset register and IT documentation.

Do you have a valid Driving License license?, Do you have experience in Windows?, * Valid driving license and access to a vehicle.

• Working knowledge of Windows 10 & 11, Microsoft 365 and Teams.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Abilities to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Organised with good attention to detail.
