Job description
We are currently seeking an Asset Integration Manager for our Digital Alliance, responsible for driving the integration and deployment of digital assets from external partners into the company's unified product offerings. This role is a key engineering discipline focused on building and optimizing the model integration pipeline, performing data science engineering tasks, and ensuring operational efficiency and customer value realization., * Manage the backlog for integration and development, ensuring it is aligned with business goals and objectives.
- Guide our partners in building computer models that successfully predict impending failures in aircraft parts and subsystems.
- Be the technical coach helping our partners build better models, showing how to use the tools to reduce development time and rework within our predictive model framework.
- Evaluate the performance of models against real world faults and failures, balancing the needs of precision and recall to produce the best results for multiple customers.
- Drive continuous improvement within the model development process to improve quality, monitor performance, and increase the speed we deliver results to customers.
- Provide operational guidance of a multi-functional team composed of data science professionals.
Key Deliverables:

Certification of models through the Quality Gate process for deployment to production.

Digital asset performance assessments and complete documentation.

A developed and maintained delivery roadmap for asset integration.

Prevention of functional and technical feature duplication across partners.

Requirements
Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
Experience & Capabilities:
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in Skywise platform and Project Management
- Previous experience with partners, customers and/or suppliers
Knowledge, Skills, Demonstrated Capabilities & Competencies:
- Strong technical background with the ability to coach external partners.
- Expertise in managing and prioritizing a technical backlog.
- Experience with deployment to production environments and quality assurance processes.
- Focus on operational efficiency and customer value realization.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
Travel Required: Able to travel both domestically and internationally occasionally.
