You will manage Extend implementations in close dialogue with our clients, gathering requirements, understanding their needs, and driving the engagement to make the outcome a success;

Guide both internal and external teams while keeping stakeholders informed;

Oversee the development and quality across the entire project lifecycle;

You will be the bridge between HR and technology, so you should be able to speak both languages;

Use your technical knowledge to navigate developers and translate use cases into tangible deliverables.
Requirements
You have a good understanding of how Workday works, a problem-solving mindset, and an innovative view of creating solutions beyond what the customer requests. You are detail-oriented and are able to build and lead a diverse team of both functional and technical specialists. You are energized by challenges and use your technical expertise to bring projects to a successful conclusion.

You have 2-3 years of experience working with Workday;

Experience with Workday integrations/technical development;

Preferred - Background in computer science and/or hands-on coding experience;

Preferred - Previous experience with building applications on Extend or played an architect role to manage Extend implementations;

You are a team player who can translate requests into actionable tasks;

You are fluent in English (Dutch is a plus);

You have experience managing or contributing to Extend implementations;

You are a strong communicator and are able to build relationships and manage expectations in a professional manner.
