Requirements
- Is highly skilled
- Has the ability to work as part of a team, is technically senior and a mentor to Junior Staff
- Interested in Technology
- Knowledgeable in Technology, Windows/Linux, Nutanix, Cloud
- Is a good problem solver
- Doesn't mind writing documentation (Too Much!)
- Would also have an appreciation of ITIL Service Management
- Doesn't mind variance as this is an Infrastructure role, tasks may not always be identified.
- Ideally Degree/HND Certified or have the necessary previous experience in an infrastructure environment.

About the company
With effect from 01 April 2026, NHS Scotland is reducing its full time working week from 37 to 36 hours per week, there will be no change in full time pay.

This is an exciting time to join NHS Tayside Digital Directorate as the Datacentre Team are key to day to day patient care and we are going through a period of Service improvement and modernisation.
