System Support Specialist

• Is Highly Skilled, working in high frequency time critical environments.
• Interested in Technology
• Knowledge of Windows and/or Linux, Nutanix, Cloud
• Is a good problem solver
• Doesn't mind writing documentation
• Doesn't mind variance as this is an Infrastructure role, tasks may not always be identified
• Ideally Degree/HND Certified and or have the necessary previous experience of in an ICT environment.

• You get the chance to work on a wide array of projects, issues and BAU Work
• Flexible working, this is a full-time post (37 hours per week), with participation on an Out of Hours Call rota
• The Digital Team are currently based in MacKenzie Building - Ninewells campus, Dundee
• Training - Various courses are provided as well as Certification in select Microsoft Products
• You will be part of a strong team with a strong team ethic.
