IT & Applications Analyst

Prestigious opportunity with a design and manufacturer of systems for the Aerospace, Defence, Power generation and high performance engineering systems for an IT & Applications Analyst. Supporting the day-to-day stability of our IT operations while contributing to a series of strategic technology modernisation initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for an IT Systems Support Analyst who is ready to broaden their remit across infrastructure, ERP, cyber security and business intelligence.

As part of our established IT function, you will provide operational support to office and manufacturing users while assisting with a number of planned technology improvements.

Key focus areas include:

• IT operations and 1st/2nd line support
• Microsoft 365, Active Directory and virtualised infrastructure administration
• Participation in our ERP upgrade programme
• Reporting and BI capability development
• Cyber security enhancement and CMMC-aligned control implementation

This role is central to maintaining a reliable technical environment while supporting future-focused system improvements.
