Job description
As an ICT Supporter you are responsible for ICT Support, including service desk and participation in the "guard"-agreement. Furthermore you'll be responsible of support of business solutions and workflow (Axapta, Logistics system, Sharepoint etc.). You will be reporting to the Manager ICT.
Your main tasks
· Deliver 1st Line ICT HW/SW-support of the Hoofddorp office and international locations
· Deliver 1st line support on all business systems.(RFID/Data Warehouse/Servers/Network/Storage/Desktop/Telephony/Reporting/BI etc.)
· Operational in service desk solving cases and assigning cases to relevant functions
· Test and deploy ICT-solutions and regular follow up on ICT-solutions
Sub tasks
· Contributes to optimizations and standardization in the technology area
· Customer 2nd level support
· Participation in technical projects
Requirements
Above all you have a strong and enthusiastic personality, you're customer-oriented and (commercial-) result-driven
Needed skills:
· Educational level "MBO"
· Minimum of 1 year operational experience
· Languages: Dutch (native or very good) and English ((very)good)

· Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
