Job description
As HR Digital Systems & Operations Manager, you are the architect of our HR digital ecosystem. You ensure operational excellence across the HAL Allergy Group while building a standardized, future-proof HR technology landscape.
Operating independently, you act as a trusted advisor to the Director HR & Corporate Affairs and serve as the escalation point for complex HR operational and systems challenges.
You combine strong operational expertise with analytical insight and deep HRIS knowledge to continuously improve processes, systems, and data quality - even in situations where no clear precedent exists. Your tasks
HR Operational Excellence
- Lead and streamline core HR operational processes across the Group: onboarding, offboarding, payroll outputs, lifecycle data management, benefits administration, and compliance.
- Ensure HR policies are effectively embedded into automated, accurate, and compliant digital processes.
- Act as Group Owner for GDPR compliance within the HR digital landscape, ensuring lawful processing, data minimization, and audit readiness.
- Serve as escalation point for complex operational challenges.
- Drive continuous improvement using LEAN methodologies such as 5S, 5x Why, value stream analysis, and change control.
HRIS & Technology Leadership

Own and execute the HRIS roadmap for HAL Allergy Group. Lead continuous improvement of platforms such as Workday, SuccessFactors, AFAS, SAP HR, Oracle HCM, or similar systems.

Manage system configuration, upgrades, testing, documentation, and integrations.

Partner closely with IT to ensure secure, stable, and enterprise-aligned systems.

Lead the transition from locally managed systems to a standardized group-wide digital HR landscape.

Evaluate and implement new HR technologies that enhance efficiency and employee experience.
HR Analytics & Strategic Reporting
- Develop dashboards and executive-level reports on workforce metrics (headcount, turnover, hiring, absence, DEI, productivity).
- Build predictive analytics models to support strategic workforce planning.
- Translate data into actionable insights in partnership with HR Business Partners and senior leadership.
- Ensure full compliance with GDPR and internal audit requirements.
Project & Change Management
- Lead national and international HR projects including system implementations, automation initiatives, and process redesign.
- Drive organizational change through effective communication, training, and stakeholder engagement.
- Implement automation tools and digital solutions (e.g., Power Automate, AI-based workflows, chatbot solutions).
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR Operations with strong HRIS and HR analytics expertise in an international environment.
- Proven experience with HR technologies (Workday, SuccessFactors, AFAS, SAP HR, Oracle HCM, etc.).
- Strong data analytics skills (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
- Solid understanding of HR processes, payroll interfaces, compliance, and GDPR.
- Strong project and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
