E-Commerce and Conversion Optimisation

  • Use analytics and behavioural data to increase conversion and retention
  • Refine layouts, calls-to-action and messaging
  • Run A/B and multivariate testing
  • Track KPIs including conversion rate, AOV, CPA and revenue contribution

Website Development and UX

  • Own and improve user journeys, navigation and category structure
  • Brief and manage external development partners
  • Keep up to date with ecommerce best practice

Marketing Activation and Promotions

  • Manage digital banners, campaigns, promotions and offer codes
  • Support product launches and key trading moments

Reporting and Insights

  • Use GA4, Adobe Commerce and heatmapping tools to analyse user behaviour
  • Report on funnel metrics and site performance
  • Present monthly updates with recommendations

Team Leadership

  • Line manage a Website Admin Assistant
  • Oversee workload planning and prioritisation

Requirements

Strong experience managing and optimising ecommerce websites

  • Knowledge of CMS platforms such as Adobe Commerce, Magento or Shopify

  • Experience with analytics tools, A/B testing and behavioural insight
  • Strong copywriting and commercial awareness
  • Confident with HTML/CSS
  • Experience using GA4, Tag Manager or similar
