Job description
We are looking for a strategic, numerate and commercially minded Insight Analyst to join Odevo UK and help drive the insight and analytics function across a fast-growing portfolio of operating companies.
Reporting directly to the Head of Insight, this is a pivotal role within our commercial team. You will deliver analysis, reporting and recommendations that help the business make better decisions and improve commercial performance.
This is a role for someone who enjoys working with data, asking the right questions, and turning complex information into insight that leaders can act on. You will support the delivery of key commercial reporting, including NPS, monthly reviews and the new weekly commercial dashboard.
ROLE EXPECTATIONS
This role requires strong analytical capability, commercial judgement and high standards around accuracy and clarity.
You will be expected to work across multiple operating companies, bringing together data from different sources, validating it, and translating it into insight that is consistent, relevant and commercially meaningful.
You will bring pace, curiosity and structure, delivering insight work reliably and helping strengthen how Odevo UK uses data to drive performance.

HOW YOU'LL SPEND MOST OF YOUR TIME
Most weeks, you'll be:
- Delivering the commercial suite of reporting, including NPS and monthly reviews
- Supporting the build and rollout of the new weekly commercial dashboard
- Working with OpCos to gather, validate and interpret commercial and performance data
- Producing analysis with clear recommendations to support decision-making
- Identifying opportunities, risks and trends across market, sector and performance data
- Improving data consistency and building stronger reporting processes across the group
- Supporting the creation of a data repository that strengthens insight quality and relevance
- Partnering with stakeholders to ensure insight aligns to commercial objectives and growth levers
Requirements
Do you have experience in Data management?, * Has experience as an Analyst in a commercial, insight or performance environment
- Is highly numerate and confident working with data and reporting
- Thinks commercially and understands how insight drives growth and performance
- Enjoys turning complex information into clear, practical recommendations
- Is proactive, organised and comfortable working across multiple stakeholders
- Takes pride in accuracy, clarity and delivering high-quality work consistently, * Track record in analytics, insight and commercial reporting
- Strong data management skills and confidence working with multiple inputs
- Experience producing dashboards, reporting packs or performance reviews
- Ability to translate analysis into insight, recommendations and actions
- Strong commercial and numerical acumen
- Collaborative stakeholder approach and confidence working across teams
- A curious mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
