Job description
We're looking for two experienced Business Change Leads to play a pivotal role in delivering successful change across our Control projects and Cyber programmes. In these roles, you will lead and embed business change activities that support the implementation of new controls, processes, and ways of working-ensuring a smooth and effective handover into the business.
You will champion the value of business change, helping stakeholders understand its impact and embedding consistent, best-practice approaches across multiple projects. Working closely with Project Managers, Sponsors and SMEs, you'll provide expert guidance on change strategy, readiness, and adoption, ensuring high-quality outcomes every time.
Day to day, you'll apply structured change management methodologies, conduct impact assessments, coordinate change agents, and integrate all change activities into overarching project plans. You'll collaborate with both internal and external partners to understand business impacts and ensure that every change is delivered in a controlled and supported way.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Microsoft Word?, A strong track record of leading business change activity within large, complex programmes made up of multiple projects
- . Experience developing and maintaining comprehensive change plans throughout the full project lifecycle
- . Proven success working within sizeable, cross-functional project teams and engaging a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
- . Confidence working in ambiguous and evolving environments, with the drive, resilience, and commitment to deliver high-quality outcomes
- . Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- . Demonstrable ability to influence diverse stakeholder groups to secure alignment and realise project benefits
- . A solid understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and best-practice approaches
- . Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with experience managing multiple stakeholder relationships effectively
