You will have the following qualifications & experience:
- ideally experience working with recruitment CRM systems, ideally Bullhorn
- Extensive administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Capable of managing multiple campaigns and candidate pools simultaneously
- Proficient with digital sourcing tools, CRM automation, and AI research platforms
- Strong communication skills with a professional candidate engagement approach
