Experteer OverviewAs an IAM Engineer at ING Hubs Spain, you will design and operate secure identity and access solutions in a DevOps fashion.
You'll work across security and tech teams to run IAM applications, shape policies, and manage the full lifecycle of IAM tooling.
You'll improve end-user experience, support audits, and contribute to a cybersecurity-driven culture.
This role offers impact at scale within a growing hub focused on innovative, secure banking technology.Compensaciones / BeneficiosOperate and maintain DEV/ACC/PROD environments, monitor health, triage incidents, and coordinate fixesTune performance of UAP and customizations, including SQL query optimization for better user experienceAdminister IAM content: manage business/system roles, approval policies, and notification templates; keep request catalog cleanEnforce controls: run attestations, manage SoD rules, and support remediation for audit/SOX requirementsPackage and deploy OneIdentity Manager extensions, plan upgrades, and manage rollbacksSupport BI/IAM reporting (Power BI dashboards) and coordinate with data stakeholders on data quality and coverageResponsabilidadesPractical production experience with One Identity Manager (IGA Tool) including JML, SoD, roles, and attestationDevOps proficiency across Windows/Linux, IIS/.
