Job description

You'll lead media effectiveness and pricing strategy programmes across key product categories, providing actionable insights that optimise marketing campaigns and return on investment. This role sits at the heart of the organisation's transformation programme, where you'll develop planning scenarios, build data capabilities across teams, and champion the adoption of advanced analytics techniques. You'll work closely with brand teams, agencies and research partners to drive a data-informed approach to marketing decisions across multiple markets., * Champion media effectiveness and pricing optimisation programmes, delivering insights and recommendations to maximise campaign performance and marketing investment

  • Train and empower category teams to make data-driven marketing decisions, sharing best practice learnings across brands and European markets
  • Develop planning scenarios and forecasting models to improve return on investment and inform strategic marketing choices
  • Collaborate with media teams, agencies and research partners as a key liaison for media effectiveness initiatives
  • Build data capabilities across brand and commercial teams, leveraging advanced analytics solutions to improve business performance
  • Support brand performance tracking across marketing metrics for key brands, working with analytics colleagues to establish common KPIs and real-time dashboards
  • Interpret complex statistical analysis into clear business actions, presenting insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders
  • Evaluate and implement emerging AI tools and advanced analytics techniques to drive continuous optimisation

Requirements

  • Proven expertise in marketing mix modelling, pricing and promotion optimisation, and media effectiveness measurement
  • Considerable experience delivering marketing analytics strategy within an analytics consultancy, media agency or advertiser analytics department
  • Strong statistical analysis skills with ability to translate complex results into actionable business recommendations
  • Demonstrated experience managing external providers and leading cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent knowledge of media KPIs, change management and agile project management methodologies
  • Proficiency in creating and optimising dashboards using Tableau, PowerBI or similar tools
  • Experience with marketing analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with ability to influence senior executives and technical teams
  • Proven ability to work at pace, manage competing priorities and handle ambiguity effectively
  • Experience in retail digital media and shopper investment programmes is advantageous
