Green Spark is seeking a dedicated and experienced Systems & IT Technician to join our growing team to provide essential services that keep infrastructure running safely and efficiently. As our operations expand, so does the need for robust, reliable, and forward-thinking IT systems that connect field teams, office staff, and clients.

Requirements
Do you have a valid Driving License license?, Do you have experience in System administration?, * Experience in IT systems administration, IT support, or system development.
- Strong understanding of Windows environments, networks, cloud platforms (e.g. Microsoft 365), and mobile/tablet device management.
- Confident troubleshooting software, hardware, and system issues.
- Experience managing integrations between systems or databases.
- Good awareness of cybersecurity principles.
- Ability to document processes and communicate clearly with non-technical colleagues.
Desirable (Not Essential)
- Experience or awareness of drainage, environmental services, field-service management, or similar operational sectors.
- Knowledge of GIS mapping, vehicle tracking, job allocation systems, or environmental compliance software.
- Understanding of ISO standards
- A relevant IT qualification (CompTIA, Microsoft, networking)., * IT systems: 2 years (preferred)
- Simpro: 1 year (preferred)
