Job description

As a Technical Solutions Engineer in Barcelona, you'll be the bridge between our business and technology, a key player in developing the EMEA team integrating and optimizing cross-channel products on a wide range of our most important clients from EMEA

  • Being a technical expert of the Criteo products and understanding the main technical advantages of Criteo's solutions in the competitive landscape.
  • Take technical ownership of a dedicated book of business to deliver services adapted to their needs. Support internal stakeholders and become Criteo's technical point of contact for your clients.
  • Translate client expectations, goals and requirement into tangible technical solutions that will drive the best results.
  • Troubleshoot live campaigns to solve issues and identify ways to improve their performance and the overall client satisfaction.
  • Participate with the broader global team to improve and develop our tools and solutions by reporting bugs and escalating feature requests.
  • Participate in opportunity identification to increase the overall efficiency of our operating model.
  • Be a reference for the rest of the team on your areas of expertise, follow and participate of the best practices and be open to collaborate, train and learn from other team members.
  • Act as a key enabler for both technical and commercial teams, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge, tools, and support needed to deliver impact efficiently.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Marketing?, * Fluent in both English and German.

  • Based in Barcelona and eligible to work in Spain full-time with no restriction.
  • Computer science-related studies.
  • Work experience with web technologies (HTTP requests, cookies, HTML and JavaScript).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication across all levels of interlocutors, including client-facing experiences.
  • Team player who thrives in a collaborative, inclusive, and vibrant workspace.
  • Experience in online advertising, marketing, or consulting will be a plus.
  • You should seamlessly use AI to speed up solution design, automate tasks, and enhance stakeholder interactions. Documenting and sharing AI-driven insights helps strengthen the team's collective expertise.
