Supply and Logisitics Coordinator

We are pleased to share a newly created role within our Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) team at Vax. The role fits into the small but mighty S&OP team who manage all elements of inventory and stock. We are looking for a motivated individual who has great attention to detail and who is comfortable communicating internally and externally with a range of people. A background using a variety of systems and databases will be advantageous in this role.

What does the Sales & Planning (S&OP) team do?

The team manage the sales forecast and all elements of inventory and stock planning to ensure the highest possible level of accuracy, efficiency, and availability. An effective S&OP process aligns both demand and supply elements with the financial planning and allows for strategic decision making within the monthly business unit reviews.

The role will support the total S&OP team and has a variety of administrative and coordination tasks to enable high customer service to external and internal customers, as well as on time in full deliveries.

Day to Day Role

The role covers a number of areas including -

• Process Middle East & Africa customer orders in ERP system.
• Liaise with customers to manage expectations on order fulfilment
• Work with suppliers on lead-times and delivery.
• Manage all shipping documentation and logistics requirements
• Feed into Supply Planning and Commercial Team on order status and risk or ops.
• Maintenance of customer intake plans
• Support on reporting and KPI's
• Direct dispatch customer stock management.
• Administrative assistance.

Do you have experience in Supply chain?, The S&OP team is a close-knit group of hard-working individuals. Teamwork and the ability to form strong working relationships quickly is exactly what we are looking for! We also need the following from you -

• Ability to manage data and spot errors and look for trends.
• High level of attention to detail
• Analytical mindset
• Strong communicator with high professionalism.
• Mid-Level Excel Skills
• S&OP/Supply Chain Experience (desired, not essential)
