People Systems Specialist

• Provide expert support for HR and payroll systems
• Manage system issues and supplier relationships
• Configure and enhance HR systems
• Lead system upgrades and user acceptance testing
• Maintain process documentation
• Support people-related projects and initiatives
• Deliver systems training to internal users

Systems You'll Work With

• iTrent (HRIS & Payroll)
• Document Logistix
• ATS platforms
• Halo (or similar service desk tools)

• Strong hands-on experience with iTrent
• Background in HR systems or payroll systems support
• Experience with ATS platforms
• Understanding of GDPR and data security
• Excellent communication skills
• Organised, proactive, and detail-focused

• Salary up to £60,000
