Senior Wintel Engineer

• Applying patches using MS WSUS, SCCM, HPDM (HP Device Manager) and manual processes where required.
• Supporting environments including Windows Server 2019/2022, Windows 11, Windows Embedded, VMware 8, and Cisco switching.
• Ensuring systems remain secure, compliant, and up to date.
• Collaborating with infrastructure teams to improve patching processes and overall estate health.

• Strong, broad IT infrastructure background.
• Solid experience with Windows OS, Windows Server, and Active Directory administration.
• Good hands-on knowledge of VMware (vSphere 8).
• Experience with HPDM or similar thin-client patching tools.
• Familiarity with WSUS and SCCM for patch deployment.
• Some exposure to Cisco switching (desirable, not essential).
