IT Project Manager (Contract)

They are seeking a confident IT Project Manager with strong CRM migration experience to:

• Lead the delivery of the remaining migration
• Ensure stakeholder alignment and user adoption
• Deliver the project on time and within budget
• Embed CRM usage across the organisation to support long-term growth

This role will act as the key liaison between IT, operations, digital marketing and senior leadership, ensuring clear communication, governance, and successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary stakeholder contact throughout the full project lifecycle
• Define requirements and oversee project planning aligned to PRINCE2 principles
• Monitor milestones, timelines and delivery assurance
• Manage risks, issues and escalation processes
• Produce and maintain core documentation (plans, logs, reports, governance records)
• Lead steering groups and project checkpoint meetings
• Report progress, risks and performance to senior leadership
• Track key success metrics and implement improvements where required

Do you have experience in Project management?, We're looking for someone who can confidently bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders, bringing structure and clarity to a complex CRM migration.

Essential Experience:

• Proven track record managing IT change and system implementation projects
• CRM migration experience (Dynamics 365 highly desirable)
• Experience working within PRINCE2 methodology
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Proficient in MS Project and Microsoft applications
• Analytical, solution-focused approach
• Highly organised with strong multitasking ability

Desirable:

• Formal PRINCE2 qualification
• Experience within education, schools or colleges
