Job description
As our Data Administrator, you will own the day-to-day management, configuration, and performance of TCHP's internal systems, with a core focus on the Property Management System. You'll work closely with Operations, Finance, Sales, and senior leadership to ensure our technology stack runs smoothly and evolves in line with business needs.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, improving workflows, and helping teams get the most from their tools. You will be a key player in a growing business, supporting both current operations and future digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Property Management System (Axis / Res:Harmonics)
- Administer and configure the PMS, ensuring data accuracy, reliability, and ease of use.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively.
- Manage integrations with third-party tools (e.g., finance, guest comms, channel management).
- Support onboarding of new properties, units, users, and workflows.
- Collaborate with the Chief Digital Officer on system enhancements and optimisation.
Wider Systems & Digital Tools
- Provide first-line and second-line support across TCHP's digital ecosystem (Slack, Teams, HR/IT tools, auditing systems, calendar integrations, automation tools etc.).
- Maintain user accounts, permissions, and compliance across systems.
- Assist in implementing new applications and upgrades.
- Support process documentation and standard operating procedures.
Operational Support
- Work with Operations, Guest Services, Finance, and Sales to improve system usage.
- Build reports, dashboards, and data extracts when required.
- Identify opportunities for automation, improved workflows, and time-savings across the business.
Requirements

Preferred Experience (not essential):
- Experience with a property management system (any PMS considered).
- Experience in serviced accommodation, hospitality, or property operations.
- Admin experience with integrations, APIs, or workflow tools.
- Understanding of finance workflows, invoicing, or revenue management systems.
- Excellent excel skills., * Microsoft Excel Advance/Intermediate: 1 year (required)
- System onboarding : 1 year (required)
- Data analysis, problem solving : 1 year (required)
