We are recruiting a IT Network Manager to join our award-winning and market-leading MSP based in Frome, Somerset in our Service Desk team.
This is an office and client site-based role. Remote working is at manager discretion and dependent on client requirements. Candidate must be able to drive to Frome and to client sites across the South West regularly

The Role: The IT Network Manager drives network and technology alignment for our clients. They are accountable for upholding best practices and standards for our clients through quarterly audits, on-site and remote technology changes, and follow-up work.
This role is focused on building and maintaining strong client relationships and their alignment with the Netitude stack of products. Through on-site audits and subsequent remedial work, the IT Network Manager's goal alongside the Virtual IT Director is to drive technology improvement and alignment with best practice for our clients.
Engineers in this role will onboard new clients and drive better technology adoption, better security practices and improve IT resilience through an ongoing audit and improvement program., * Building strong relationships with clients both on site and from the office
- Quarterly auditing of client networks and infrastructure on-site and remotely
- Onboarding new clients to Netitude standards
- Maintaining detailed and current documentation of client networks, systems, applications and infrastructure
- Providing a high level of customer service to a wide range of users, including those with minimal IT knowledge
- Cyber Essentials assessments and recertifications
Requirements
Do you have a valid Driving License license?, Do you have experience in VPN?, * Driving Licence (required)
- 3+ years IT experience, ideally in an MSP environment - broad experience of desktop support, network infrastructure and Microsoft 365
Preferred Technical Skills to include:
- Windows Server & Desktop
- Microsoft 365 and Azure administration
- Desktop and Mobile OS troubleshooting - Windows, macOS, iOS and Android
- Experience with Cyber Essentials framework
We are happy to invest in training for a candidate who may not have the above skills, but is keen to learn and customer focused.
Qualifications (preferable, not essential):
- Microsoft Foundation or Associate Level (Workstation, Infrastructure or Cloud), Comptia A+ or similar
