Join the PlayStation family as an Account Supporter on a 12 month fixed term contract - and become part of a highly skilled hardware operations team within the Developer Technology Group. Based in the lively city of London, UK, this position gives you the opportunity to collaborate with world-class experts on projects that build the future of play. If you are driven, highly organised, and have demonstrated success in development & publishing support, this role is ideal for you!, * Provision development hardware schemes to new and existing game developers and partners.
- Manage local development hardware inventory, tracking logs, and recalls.
- Collaborate on hardware security incidents and their resolution.
- Work with 3rd party vendors for logistics and warehouse storage needs.
- Resolve challenges and requests for hardware access and expansion with our partners.
- Support the integrity of our data systems, reporting, and process improvements.
- Ensure partners follow all applicable SIE requirements on hardware security, access, and usage worldwide.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Logistics?, * Customer-centric approach.
- Process, task, and outcome-driven approach.
- Organised and analytical with fine attention to detail.
- Demonstrable initiative.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Flexible approach to working hours to meet a global business landscape.
- Experience working in a distributed team with international colleagues is preferred.
- Operations or logistics experience in the games industry or similar background is a plus.
- Japanese speaking skills are a bonus.
