Job description
The role requires a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of all IT systems within the business including Microsoft, Android and Apple devices. You will also be the first point of contact for all the office and field users, escalating problems to the relevant provider if necessary.
You will be required to set up workstations and computers for new employees and ensuring that all equipment is ordered as part of the onboarding process in a timely manner. This also involves ensuring cyber security measures on laptops, desktops, tablets and mobile phones are maintained. When these have been completed, accurate records of hardware issue will need to be maintained.
Requirements
