Job description

As CRM Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-performing, data-driven customer lifecycle campaigns across email, SMS and push notifications. You will ensure our data is clean, our workflows are optimised, and our communications are engaging, personalised and revenue-focused.

You will play a key role in improving retention, strengthening loyalty and enhancing the customer journey across European markets.

Key Responsibilities

CRM Strategy & Campaign Execution

  • Plan and deploy high-volume multi-channel campaigns (Email, SMS, Push)
  • Write engaging, on-brand copy and coordinate visual assets with design teams
  • Build advanced customer segmentation strategies (VIP, at-risk, new customers, etc.)
  • Manage A/B testing strategies to optimise open rate, CTR and conversion
  • Create and optimise automated lifecycle flows based on behavioural and purchase data
  • Track, analyse and report on weekly performance against revenue and retention targets
  • Support CRM platform optimisation (Klaviyo experience highly desirable)

Loyalty & Retention

  • Support the design and rollout of loyalty and membership initiatives
  • Analyse retention metrics and customer lifecycle evolution
  • Drive initiatives to reduce churn and increase repeat purchase frequency

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with E-commerce, Retail, Brand and Data teams
  • Coordinate CRM activations across multiple European markets
  • Ensure local relevance while maintaining brand consistency

KPIs

  • Open Rate, CTR and Unsubscribe Rate
  • Revenue generated per campaign
  • Reduction in churn rate
  • Growth in active members and repeat purchase frequency

Requirements

Do you have experience in Marketing?, * 3-5 years' experience in CRM, email marketing or lifecycle marketing (retail or consumer-focused environment preferred)

  • Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting campaign data
  • Confident copywriter with strong attention to detail
  • Experience with Klaviyo or similar CRM platforms
  • Experience managing multi-market or multi-language campaigns is a strong advantage
  • Fluent English required; additional European languages beneficial
