SAP Analytics Manager - Outside IR35 - Coventry

TalentBank Technology is supporting a leading organisation within the energy sector to engage an experienced SAP Analytics Manager on an initial 6-month contract.

This role will lead the strategic ownership and technical governance of SAP Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Planning, driving analytics and planning capability across finance, HR, and enterprise data domains. The successful consultant will combine hands-on technical leadership with platform strategy, ensuring scalable analytics architecture and operational excellence across a complex SAP landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end architecture and governance for SAP Datasphere, including modelling standards and performance optimisation.
• Lead the design and delivery of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Planning solutions for budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes.
• Define integration approaches between S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, and enterprise source systems.
• Establish platform governance covering security, environments, and development lifecycle best practices.
• Define and drive the analytics roadmap while enabling business adoption through standards and best practices.

Required Experience

• Strong delivery experience with SAP Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Planning.
• Deep understanding of SAP ERP data models, ideally including S/4HANA environments.
• Proven experience leading SAP analytics or enterprise data platforms.
• Experience designing integrations across SAP and non-SAP landscapes.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills within complex enterprise environments.
