Job description

  • Contribute to the ongoing development of our SAP modules (gradual assumption of responsibility for additional modules depending on experience and development)
  • Competent point of contact for our process owners and key users in all functional and technical matters
  • Assistance with 1st, 2nd, and -- after appropriate training -- 3rd level support
  • Support with testing, quality assurance activities, training, and the creation of documentation
  • Planning and coordination of internal and external resources

Requirements

  • Business fluent English and German skills
  • First experience in the SAP environment is an advantage
  • Strong process orientation and a structured and goal-oriented approach to work
  • Successfully completed degree or professional/school education with a focus on computer science is an advantage
  • Communicative personality with ability to comprehend quickly
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to understand complex interrelationships.
