Senior Data Consultant

As a Senior Data Solutions Consultant, you will play a key role in our team involved in several initiatives with top customers at a global level. In this regard, you will be responsible for gathering business requirements from customer stakeholders, defining and implementing data models, designing and developing the required data pipelines and ensure the data is consumed by the key business stakeholders in an efficient and scalable manner, all in a disruptive and innovative cloud-based environment and leveraging several AI-based tools to increase productivity.

Additionally, you will take a leadership role in managing and mentoring a small team, ensuring that deliverables meet high standards in all instances., * Interact with client's stakeholders to gather business requirements.

• Define and implement robust data models under Medallion architecture to support business requirements in an innovative and cloud-based environment.
• Design and implement optimized and user-friendly reporting solutions to ensure a proper level of business stakeholders' engagement.
• Coordinate and manage different workstreams to ensure deliveries meet project milestones and deadlines.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Data & Analytics projects using cloud technologies.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing data models in a cloud-based environments from any of the 3 major hyperscalers
• Experience with generative AI solutions to improve productivity, being able to prompt insights in an efficient and pragmatic manner.
• In-depth knowledge of SQL and database management systems.
• Experience in leading small squads of 2-5 members, ensuring deliveries meet both technical and business standards.
• Proficient communication in Spanish and English.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Certifications related to cloud computing or data engineering.
• Experience in developing ETLs in dbt
