2nd or 3rd line engineers

• Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 services: Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Entra ID, compliance, DLP, and Intune
• Manage deployment, configuration, and support of Windows and macOS environments using Intune and Jamf
• Handle email migrations (cloud-to-cloud, on-prem to cloud, hybrid)
• Manage and troubleshoot networking hardware - Cisco Meraki, HP Aruba, Ubiquiti, SonicWall
• Lead infrastructure projects from planning through to deployment
• Monitor, maintain, and document client environments using Kaseya (Datto RMM, SaaS Protection, RocketCyber), Autotask, and IT Glue
• Contribute to improving internal processes and delivering excellent client communication
• Assist with server, backup, security, and firewall configuration and monitoring
• Onsite visits to clients for deploying new kit and resolving issues.
• Work with VC equipment.
