IT Assistant

• Maintain office and remote employee equipment (laptops, phones, and meeting room communications systems)
• Provide general technical troubleshooting and support
• Manage employee resources and subscription services such as Google Workspace, Slack, and Read AI
• Oversee login credentials and password maintenance for central systems
• Perform general technical administration and system management
• Build internal tools using Google Apps Script
• Develop automations, deploy AI tooling, and support low level services implementation

We are looking for a proactive and technically minded IT Assistant to join a growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, building systems, and improving efficiency through technology in the food and drinks space.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical foundations, confidence with network architecture (or a genuine desire to develop in this area), and programming skills that enable them to build low level automations and streamline internal processes. An interest in AI tools and emerging technologies is highly desirable.
