Job description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive and detail-focused Data & Systems Coordinator to join a growing team based in Hatfield. This Data & Systems Coordinator role would suit candidates with previous experience in data processing, data transformation, data manipulation, or systems support, who enjoy working with operational systems and improving internal processes. You will play a key role in supporting system workflows, maintaining accurate data, and helping to drive efficiencies across the business. As Data & Systems Coordinator, you will work closely with internal stakeholders to review existing processes, maintain system data, and support small transformation and improvement projects. The Data & Systems Coordinator will play a key role in documenting workflows, maintaining process records, and coordinating system updates to ensure operations run smoothly and efficiently. This Data & Systems Coordinator position would suit someone with experience-or a strong interest-in systems, operational processes, and project coordination. It is ideal for someone who enjoys understanding how systems and workflows operate and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency., In this Data & Systems Coordinator position, you will support day-to-day system operations, maintain documentation for business processes, and assist with workflow management. You will also coordinate improvement initiatives, track project actions, and help ensure internal systems and processes remain accurate, efficient, and well maintained., * Maintain and update internal systems and data records

  • Support workflow tracking and workload planning across teams
  • Document and map existing business processes and system workflows
  • Assist with the maintenance and improvement of operational systems
  • Support change management and process improvement initiatives
  • Produce reports and updates to support operational decision-making
  • Maintain documentation and records for systems and processes
  • Coordinate small projects, tracking actions, milestones, and progress
  • Work closely with internal teams to support operational improvements

Requirements

  • Experience working in a systems, operations, or data support role
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Interest in systems, workflows, and process improvement
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with internal stakeholders
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset
