Job description
Troubleshoot desktop, network, and infrastructure issues-calling in third parties when needed
Manage and resolve IT Helpdesk queries, ensuring swift outcomes and thorough reporting
Set up, test, and build hardware (including workstations) with confidence
Monitor system and network performance, fixing issues before they escalate
Keep printers, phones, and mobiles in top operational effectiveness
Handle user domain setups, printer configurations, hardware installs, and IP networking
Install/troubleshoot Microsoft products and operating systems
Take charge of IT and telecom logistics during office moves or reorganisations
Maintain peak performance for servers, PCs, laptops, and peripherals
Oversee all communication devices and tackle any technical issues
Spot and address network threats or vulnerabilities proactively
Configure and optimise network hardware/software
Develop and enforce network security policies that meet industry standards
Resolve network/security issues fast
Play a key role in maintaining our Cyber Essentials Accreditation every year

Requirements
Do you have experience in IT?, Are you passionate about tech and thrive on solving problems? We're searching for an IT Support Technician who can deliver top-notch IT support and customer service-all while keeping systems running smoothly!, CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification
At least 1 year of hands-on IT experience
