administration and production Administration of Microsoft 365 services and applications as well as standard applications and industry-specific applications. Troubleshooting Processing internal IT tickets Your profile At least completed vocational training as an IT specialist or comparable qualification. At least 2 years of professional experience in IT administration, preferably in manufacturing companies. Extensive knowledge of Windows Server and Windows Client Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 services and applications Knowledge of local area networks, endpoints and peripherals.
