In order to give our two companies the best possible support as business partners, we are looking for a Head of IT (m/f/d) in the IT department to start as soon as possible. THE FOLLOWING TASKS AWAIT YOU: Overall responsibility and personnel management of the IT department. Further development of the overall IT as well as strategic development and expansion of the information and communication technology of the Hekatron companies. Ensuring efficient, modern and powerful IT operations. Design and development of the IT strategy as well as control and coordination of the IT subdivisions and the overall IT architecture. Technical and strategic advice to the site / management regarding the strategic direction and investments in IT.

Responsibility for IT risk management, cost and budget controlling and reporting of SLAs. WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE: Completed studies with a focus on IT (e.g. computer science / business informatics / engineering). Executive with strong implementation skills and several years of professional experience in various sub-areas of IT, from infrastructure incl. ERP system, applications to IT security. Distinct service orientation paired with analytical, system-oriented and entrepreneurial thinking Strong communication and consulting skills, high level of initiative and project management / transformation skills.
