Job description

This opportunity is ideal for candidates with strong Human Resources systems experience, HR data analysis expertise, and experience supporting ERP implementation projects., As HR Business Analyst, you will lead on the HR and Payroll elements of a new system implementation, ensuring that business processes are clearly mapped, optimised, and aligned with system design requirements.

You will work closely with HR stakeholders, project teams, and system specialists to ensure high-quality data, well-defined workflows, and readiness for the system design and build phases., HR Process Mapping & System Design

  • Map current HR and Payroll business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Translate HR policies and procedures into practical system and process enhancements.
  • Support future-state design workshops and contribute to ERP system configuration discussions.
  • Ensure business requirements are accurately reflected within system design documentation.

Data Analysis & Data Quality

  • Analyse HR and payroll data to inform ERP design decisions.
  • Compile and interpret data from multiple sources.
  • Cleanse and improve data quality across existing HR solutions.
  • Support data migration and validation activities.

Stakeholder Engagement & Programme Support

  • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and key business users to gather requirements.
  • Facilitate and contribute to workshops focused on system transformation and change.
  • Act as a communication link between the project team and business stakeholders.
  • Present findings and recommendations to a range of audiences.

Requirements

To be successful in this HR Business Analyst role, you will have:

  • Significant experience working within Human Resources, particularly HR systems or Payroll environments.
  • Experience supporting ERP implementation or HR system transformation projects.
  • Strong understanding of HR data sources and data analysis techniques.
  • Experience producing process maps and documenting business requirements.
  • Ability to translate policies and procedures into system-driven improvements.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • An interest in systems, digital transformation, and organisational change., * HR Business Analyst or similar: 2 years (required)
