Job description
The Operations Support Administrator will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the supply chain process. This includes managing inventory, logistics, customs clearance, and collaborating with suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, and customers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods. The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all operations-related activities, identifying opportunities for process improvements, and providing general support to other teams within the organisation., · Manage inventory, logistics, customs clearance, and other supply chain processes

Requirements
Do you have experience in Microsoft Excel?, · 3+ years experience in operations support or a related field
· Strong organisational skills and attention to detail with a right-first-time mentality
· Advanced Excel skills and ability to analyse data to drive decision-making
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to multitask effectively and work collaboratively with colleagues at all levels of the organisation
· Familiarity with industry regulations, logistics software, and inventory management systems
· Proactive, enthusiastic, and adaptable
Desirable:
· Experience using Microsoft Dynamics Navision (NAV)
· A degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field
· Relevant certifications in supply chain management, project management, or other related fields are a plus
· Experience working within a bonded warehouse environment or understanding of customs-controlled processes (advantageous as the business transitions to bonded warehouse status later in the year), * Administrative: 1 year (preferred)

- On-site parking, · Salary Band: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, dependent on experience
· Hybrid Working: Three days in the Head Office in Brentford, two days working remotely
· Working Hours: 35 hours per week - 08:30-16:30 Monday to Friday. Additional hours may be required from time to time (workload dependant)
· Holiday Allowance: 25 days holiday per annum, plus bank holidays
