Implement the specifications of the Information Security Officer and ensure information security. Implementation of ITSM processes, taking into account best practices (eg ITIL). Coordination and solution of new IT

requirements with the departments of the branch. Creation and maintenance of operational documentation for IT services. Provider management and collaboration with external partners to meet service level agreements (SLAs). Responsibility for existing outsourcings in relation to the services for which responsibility is taken Your profile: You have a degree in computer science, business informatics, a related field of study or have comparable training You already bring several years of professional experience from IT service management and the implementation of information security requirements You have in-depth knowledge of ITSM frameworks (e.g. ITIL) as well as experience in dealing with basic services such as cloud (Azure), hosting, client management, mail You bring knowledge from the provider control and contract management with You are a strong communicator, enjoy working in a team and have strong analytical skills Very good German and English skills and optional Italian language
