At Tesla, learning is a key driver of performance and customer experience. As we continue to scale across EMEA, we are looking for a Training Operations & Coordination Specialist who will build the operational backbone of our Learning & Development function while ensuring seamless execution of training across the region.
This role combines data-driven learning operations with hands-on coordination of training activities. You will work closely with regional training teams, Customer Excellence, Business Analytics, and business stakeholders to enable high-impact learning programs that support Sales, Delivery, and leadership teams.
You will help move L&D from activity-based to performance-driven, ensuring our learning initiatives are aligned with business priorities and executed with excellence. What You'll Do
- Drive data-driven learning decisions by analyzing performance metrics, building dashboards, and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
- Standardize learning operations through process design, governance management, and ensuring data accuracy across platforms.
- Coordinate training delivery by managing calendars, enrollment, logistics, and ensuring alignment with regional trainers and business leaders.
- Support automation and process improvements to enhance efficiency in learning workflows and systems.
- Measure training impact by tracking KPIs like time-to-productivity, customer satisfaction, and compliance, while supporting certification frameworks.
- Collaborate across teams (Customer Excellence, Sales, Regional Leadership) to align learning initiatives with business priorities.
- Identify trends and needs linked to product launches and operational changes to enable the EMEA training roadmap.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Tableau?, * Experience in Learning Operations, Training Coordination, Business Analytics, or similar roles, with experience in fast-paced, global environments.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Power BI, Tableau, Excel, with additional skills in SQL/Python being a plus.
- Experience coordinating training programs, managing stakeholders, and working with learning platforms or systems.
- Project management expertise to handle multiple priorities, with a focus on execution and ownership.
- Structured and proactive mindset to thrive in ambiguity and build scalable processes.
- Passion for customer experience, performance, and innovation to drive impactful learning solutions.
