Job description

This is a hybrid role combining data platform administration with core systems and infrastructure responsibility, supporting a growing organisation operating in the healthcare and wellbeing space.

You'll play a key role in maintaining secure, compliant, and scalable environments, while contributing to projects that directly support proactive care solutions designed to improve quality of life.

What you'll be doing

  • Administering Microsoft Fabric, including workspaces, capacity, governance and access
  • Supporting Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365 and enterprise systems
  • Managing security, compliance, backup and disaster recovery processes
  • Supporting non-Microsoft platforms such as RingCentral, Employment Hero and Monday.com
  • Using PowerShell and automation to improve reliability and efficiency

Requirements

  • Strong experience with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI and data governance
  • Solid Windows Server and Active Directory administration skills
  • PowerShell scripting and automation experience
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset
