Act as the super user and subject matter expert for HR systems (Sage, ITrent or Cascade experience would be useful).

Use data visualisation tools such as Power BI to create clear and accessible insights.
-
Analyse workforce trends including headcount, turnover, diversity, absence and engagement.

Experience maintaining and improving HR systems or HRIS platforms
-
A good understanding of data governance, GDPR and HR reporting requirements
-
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
-
The ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and practical way
-
A collaborative approach and willingness to support the wider team when needed
