We are looking for an experienced IT Systems Consultant who can analyze complex IT environments and recommend practical, high-impact solutions. In this role, you will work closely with clients, internal engineers, and project managers to deliver infrastructure improvements, system integrations, and cloud migration initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
Infrastructure Assessment: Analyze client IT environments, including servers, networks, and cloud platforms, and provide recommendations to improve performance, reliability, and security.
Systems Implementation: Assist in deploying and configuring enterprise systems such as Windows Server, Active Directory, virtualization platforms, and cloud infrastructure.
Technical Consulting: Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
Cloud & Migration Projects: Support organizations in migrating workloads to cloud environments and modernizing legacy infrastructure.
Documentation & Best Practices: Create technical documentation, system architecture diagrams, and implementation guidelines to support long-term system management.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Windows?, 5+ years of experience working with enterprise IT infrastructure, systems administration, or IT consulting.
Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of Windows Server environments, virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V), networking fundamentals, and cloud services such as Azure or AWS.
Problem Solving: Ability to diagnose complex technical issues and develop practical, cost-effective solutions.
Communication Skills: Comfortable presenting technical recommendations to both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
Certifications (Preferred): Industry certifications such as Microsoft, AWS, Cisco, or CompTIA are beneficial but not mandatory.
