Job description

As a Tribe Test Engineer, you work with pairs to create the guidelines for the Tribe and also ensure to have a global overview of the testing approach on the different projects running in the Tribe

Requirements

Master in Information Technology or proven experience, Technical experience :

  • Proven similar experience in another company is mandatory
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience as a test manager

Business experience :

  • Experience in Banking/Insurance is preferable

Soft skills :

  • Agile by nature
  • Flexible
  • Good communication skills
  • Collaborative
  • Persuasive & self-learning

Language requirements:

English : Mandatory + 1 national language preferred
