New Bridge Multi-Academy Trust is a vibrant, aspirational and inclusive multi-academy trust of eight special schools and two specialist post-16 provisions across Oldham, Tameside and Rochdale. As part of the wider New Bridge Group there are also two post-19 provisions. Our settings support a wide spectrum of needs from age 4-19 and beyond. We are at an exciting point in our development, and this role will play a key role in supporting our schools and leaders to deliver high quality education through excellent people management.
Requirements
We are now looking to appoint an experienced ICT Field Engineer with an understanding of the importance of data protection, confidentiality and ICT security issues within the school environment to ensure the business of the school is protected and pupils are kept safe, an understanding of the wider safeguarding agenda working with children and young people and an awareness of potential health and safety risks and issues working with computers and electrical equipment.

The successful candidate will have proven experience and skills around the below:
- Experience of diagnosing and correcting straightforward faults in ICT hardware and software
- Experience of working in a team and supporting others to achieve objectives complete tasks to deadlines
- Experience of following and working to instructions, schedules and procedures
- Experience of keeping basic records
- Experience of undertaking ICT tasks and responsibilities in an educational setting
- Experience of working with IOS and Apple devices in a school/business environment.
- Experience of MDM/ASM/AD
- Experience in Networking monitoring
- Experience in switch configuration/VLAN's
- Experience in WI-FI Management
- Experience in VoIP Management
