Job description
The successful candidate will be a pro-active and enthusiastic professional with the desire to develop their career using a range of adaptable skills and experience. Responsibilities

Primarily deliver Qualifications Scotland awards and support the coordination and delivery of a variety of the Foundation's community programmes, and in particular working with vulnerable/challenging groups that can range from 13 to 15 years of age.

To liaise with appropriate partner and stakeholders in relation to course content and nomination referrals.

To contribute to the delivery of our work as a Qualifications Scotland accredited centre, including via our Wider Achievement and other bespoke employability programmes.

To help ensure that excellent standards are maintained in our programmes at all times, in line with relevant Foundation policies and towards agreed objectives and within agreed budgets.

To assist with the coordination, collation and timely reporting of community programme monitoring and evaluation, progress reports/tracker reports.

To effectively communicate with coaching staff and project partners involved in programme delivery in accordance with relevant policies and procedures.

To work with the Community Programmes Managers in identifying and implementing new community initiatives and funding opportunities.

To support the effective delivery of the Foundation's communications and financial administration functions for community programmes.

To provide effective internal communications and contribute to effective external communications for agreed programme activity.

To contribute to the Foundation's overall strategy and charitable activities as a member of the wider team.
