What You'll Do
- Provide first-line technical support across the office
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Support device setups, repairs, and refurb processes
- Assist with user accounts, access, and security procedures
- Maintain documentation and contribute to process improvements
Requirements
- Good foundational IT knowledge (Windows, troubleshooting, devices)
- Strong communicator with good organisational skills
- Practical, proactive, and great with people
- Comfortable working on-site full time (Mon-Fri)
- Keen to grow within a fast-moving tech environment
