SAP S/4HANA Programme Communications Lead - UK

A leading UK manufacturing organisation is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Programme Communications Lead to support a major business transformation programme.

The organisation is currently entering a critical go-live and rollout phase, with the SAP S/4HANA solution being deployed across multiple UK manufacturing sites. The programme now requires a high-energy communications professional who can drive clear, engaging and positive programme messaging across the business.

This role will work closely with Programme Leadership, the Change Lead and the wider transformation team to ensure communications support the rollout, maintain engagement and build confidence across the organisation.

This is not a traditional internal communications role. The successful candidate will act as a visible communications presence within the programme, ensuring the transformation narrative is clear, motivating and consistently communicated across programme teams, leadership and operational stakeholders., * Lead and deliver the programme communications strategy for a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation.

• Develop and execute engaging communications aligned with programme milestones and rollout phases.
• Work closely with Programme Leadership, PMO and the Change Lead to ensure consistent and effective messaging.
• Create high-impact communications including:

• Programme updates
• Leadership messaging
• Town halls and engagement sessions
• Site communications during rollout
• Transformation storytelling and programme narratives

• Act as a positive ambassador for the programme, helping maintain momentum and engagement across delivery teams and business stakeholders.
• Support communications across multiple UK manufacturing sites as the rollout progresses.
• Ensure communications are clear, accessible and relevant to both operational and programme audiences.

• Proven experience as a Communications Lead within large-scale SAP or ERP transformation programmes
• Experience supporting enterprise technology or business transformation initiatives
• Strong experience delivering communications across complex, multi-site organisations
• Ability to work effectively with programme leadership and senior stakeholders
• Experience within manufacturing & supply chain environments is highly desirable, * A high-energy, positive and engaging communication style
