IT Desktop Support Consultant (Level 1)

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive individual to join our Desktop Support Team. What you'll do:

We are seeking a practical, adaptable team member with a strong willingness to learn. You should be customer-focused and able to build effective relationships at all levels.

Previous experience in a customer-facing IT support role and a good working knowledge of Microsoft technologies is essential.

• Desktop and mobile hardware
• Android devices
• Windows 11
• Google Flex
• Microsoft 365
• Intune & Autopilot
• Azure
• Samsung Knox, * Experience in a second line IT support role
• Strong Windows 11 support skills
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities
• Self-motivated with a positive, enthusiastic approach
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to handle challenging conversations
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Effective organisational and time management abilities
• Ability to produce clear, accurate documentation and instructions
• Ability to remain professional and composed under pressure
• Genuine interest in new technologies and innovation
• Good general education
